My Patch 3.10 Highlights

I spotted some patch notes for 3.1 over on Random Ravings which may or may not be true and are obviously open to change/deletion/etc but here are my highlights as they apply to my fave classes and in general...

• General: Dual Talent Specialization: Players can now visit their class trainers to learn a second Specialization. Specializations may be switched at any time as long as the player is not in combat, this will also change your character’s Glyphs, Action Bars and Talents. Specialization options can be found in the talent menu. Don't know what to do here Tank/Holy or Holy/Ret. Holy will be in there somewhere though!
• General: Potency Rating: Haste Rating, Armor Penetration Rating and Spell Penetration have been merged into a single stat. Each percent of Potency will decrease the enemy’s spell resistances and armor; it will also increase the player’s cast speed and melee attack speed. Wish I hadn't vendored all those Armour Pen quest rewards now :( Oops!
• General: A new bank slot is now available for purchase! WoW - Just WOW!!!
• Achievments: Removed “Brew of the Year” as criteria for the “Brewmaster” meta achievement. Thank Flock for that, I was just wondering last night if Blizz would do this . Happy Schizophrenic here!
• Paladins: Divine Plea: Now scales with spell haste, cooldown increased to 2 minutes, healing penalty removed. Woot!!! Well, until I realise that this is the most unlikely and really points to this whole list being a hoax!! :(
• Paladins:Exorcism can now be cast on any target. As if the previous entry wasn't enough - Hoax Hoax Hoax :(
• Rouges (sic.): Adrenaline Rush is now available to all Rogues at Level 30. Nice.
• Shaman: Ancestral Awakening: Range increased to 100 yards. What is this? The Res?
• Warriors: Whirlwind can now be used in any stance. WTF???
• Items: Frostweave Bag is now a 22 slot bag. Makes sense.
• Items: Creatures in The Barrens now have an increased chance to drop the recipe for Savory Deviate Delights. Oh yes baby - I have been on killing sprees with many differenty characters and have never looted this - get in there!!!
