I am going to tidy up this post soon ... honest!
Having spent the morning levelling PS and waiting for TiceNits to come online, she finally arrives and asks if I want to help power level her hunter FuglyNelf. I remind her that we were going to go Underbog to bang out some quests clogging up the quest logs.
She accedes and we decide we may as well make it a heroic run, but she won't PUG it.
I'll finish this later but as reminders to myself

graphics crash - couldn't get back on for ages
buttons, heal macro doesn't mouseover standard party frame wiped group
shammy asked if Iodine had threat meter - cheek!
Got first boss down on second try
got frond for quest
wipe after wipe
gettiong sanguine hibiscus for quest not picked up yet
2nd boss Gahz'an - pain, swipes with tail and shammy kept going in water. spits acid to front, i kept dying
Iodine left and was replaced IceMaiden the mage from PPs
TiceNits had to get ready for raid and was replaced by BlackBag the Rogue from PPs
finally got Gaz down and he drops the last Sanguine Hibiscus i need
Now shammy keeps getting aggro on way to third boss - lol - threat meter?
Found 3rd lost guy for lost in Action quest
Got to 3rd boss. Shammy dies pretty fast, tank dies as boss dies and the bear pet is on full health with me, rogue and mage left.
Mage kittes it around, rogue keeps getting stunned, so mage tanking with me spamming heals and keeping JoL up. And we get him down to 30% - just where he goes back to being NPC Claw, so I can speak to him and complete Lost in Action.
Final Boss goes down pretty quick and I get a nice tanking trinket and the primal nether to sell cos noone wanted it but i can't use it.
